As part of our continuous efforts to spread knowledge and help local entrepreneurs market their business digitally via social media and search engines, we held a distinguished 6 hours’ training course at the Sheraton Amman Hotel on Saturday, August 3.

This course covered the latest developments in the digital marketing field, as well as the correct way to prepare and publish advertisements via social media platforms.

Preparation

We held a one-on-one session with attendees to prepare their accounts and pages across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Business.

We started by reviewing the businesses individually, and creating the necessary social media accounts and pages, in addition to designing a custom logo and cover for each business that did not have the requirements.

Additionally, we concluded the sessions by answering attendees’ questions and explaining the basics of digital marketing.

The event day

The event started with our CEO Basma Taha talking about digital marketing and the importance of social media and search engines in promoting businesses and reaching larger markets

Following the keynote, she discussed the following main topics:

Websites and their importance in promoting businesses through search engines such as Google.

The necessary tools to create logos, posts, and other graphic content.

How to create and publish a website with appealing landing pages in a matter of minutes.

How to start a Google Ads advertisement campaign, and how to analyze its outcomes.

Social media and the reasons why it should be used to promote businesses.

How to create and launch advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

Event follow-up

All attendees received continuous technical assistance for two months to make sure they were happy with the outcomes and that they got the most out of our course.

Furthermore, we provided one-on-one sessions to answer the participants’ inquiries, and provide technical assistance if they faced any problems, as well as providing guidance in the process of creating advertising campaigns and publishing them on social media platforms.
